Hey Analog community! We are thrilled to announce the launch of the $ANLOG claims portal. This is a huge moment for us as we wrap up the incentivized Testnet and take another big step toward decentralized innovation.
If you’ve been waiting to claim your rewards, the time has come. We’ve made the process simple and straightforward and this guide will have everything you need to get started. Let’s dive in!
Following the snapshot of user accounts and ATP points on January 15, we’ve finalized ATP point calculations and launched a transparent claims system.
On January 15, the incentivized Testnet quests and ATP point accumulation were officially deactivated. Notifications were sent to every participant to ensure adequate time to connect their Substrate wallets and Discord accounts.
By January 18, the first batch of eligible addresses was whitelisted based on all the accounts that had connected Substrate addresses, with the claim site going live for Batch 1 users on January 19. A second batch of addresses will be whitelisted on January 21, adding all the new Substrate addresses connected to accounts, ensuring another wave of participants can access their rewards.
For any remaining eligible users, additional batches may be introduced. It’s important to note that any unclaimed rewards will revert to the Analog Ecosystem Fund after six months.
Lastly, to keep the process fair and recognise everyone’s efforts, here’s how we distributed the rewards:
The top 91.7% of participants earned rewards based on square root calculations.
PoH users got an extra boost with additional rewards, starting from a minimum of 205 tokens.
5% of the token supply was set aside for the community, with validator rewards coming later.
So, who’s eligible to claim rewards? If you’ve been active on the Testnet, you’re likely on the list - Here’s how it works:
Batch 1: A significant number of you have already connected your Substrate wallets, meaning you’re fully prepared to claim tokens as soon as the portal opens.
Batch 2: If you haven’t linked your wallet yet, don’t worry—there’s still time! Many users still need to connect their Substrate wallets to their Testnet accounts before January 21 UTC 00:00 to join in.
Batch 3 (maybe!): Depending on how things go, we might open up a third round for anyone who missed out— so stay tuned!
Eligibility Check: We’ve created an eligibility checker on the claims portal to streamline the process. To check, start by connecting the email associated with your incentivised Testnet account to view your claimable amount. Then, link your Substrate wallet. If your wallet is whitelisted, you can claim your tokens directly or connect a different wallet to proceed. If it’s not whitelisted, simply follow the provided instructions to secure a spot in the next batch.
Claim Method: To claim your tokens, simply use your connected wallet or link a different Substrate wallet. Once claimed, the Timechain will process the transfer to your wallet.
Claim Confirmation: Confirm the process, and you’ll receive a notification once it’s completed. Your tokens will be securely transferred directly to your wallet—rest assured, your rewards are on their way!
Claim Duration: If you’re part of our community airdrop, the claim period will run from January 19th, 2025, to June 19th, 2025. Make sure to claim your tokens within this 6-month window!
Can I claim with my ledger wallet? No, you can't as the ledger does not support raw signing. However, you can claim with your Substrate hot wallet then transfer it over to your ledger device after.
Why were some accounts disqualified from the airdrop? Initially, over 400,000 accounts participated in the airdrop. However, many were disqualified due to Sybil attack suspicions or failing to pass Discord verification requirements. These measures were implemented to ensure fairness and protect the integrity of the distribution process.
Escheatment (when tokens are unclaimed), what does it mean? Escheatment occurs when your $ANLOG Tokens (“Tokens”) are considered unclaimed or abandoned because there has been no contact or activity associated with them for a legally defined period.
Why does escheatment occur, and how can I prevent it? In some jurisdictions, property can be classified as "abandoned" if the owner doesn’t demonstrate interest within a certain timeframe. For Analog, this means your tokens could be considered abandoned if you don’t respond to communications or stay in touch with the team. To make sure your tokens remain secure, we encourage token holders to maintain regular contact and promptly respond to updates or inquiries. If you need assistance or have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out at [email protected].
What happens to unclaimed tokens? All unclaimed $ANLOG will be redistributed back to the Analog Ecosystem Fund after the end of the claim process.
How can I recover my funds after escheatment? You can recover your funds by filing a claim through the appropriate unclaimed property office. Most jurisdictions provide detailed instructions for this process on their official websites.
To safeguard participants, the portal is accessible exclusively through the official Analog website. All related pages are hosted under the “analog.one” domain. Users are reminded that Analog team members will never request personal information or initiate unsolicited contact.
