Stake your $ANLOG to secure the network, earn rewards, and play a vital role in shaping the Analog ecosystem:

  • Dynamic APY: Early stakers get higher rewards (e.g., If 40% of total unlocked tokens are staked the APY is 55%).

  • How to Stake: Use Talisman, Polkadot.js, or SubWallet.

  • Unstaking: 21-day unbonding period.

  • Claiming Rewards: Starts Feb 10, 19:00 UTC+8, then every 12 hours.

Welcome To Staking

Web3 is built on participation, and staking is your chance to play an active role in shaping the Analog ecosystem. With the launch of $ANLOG staking, early supporters can secure the Timechain and earn rewards. This guide will provide everything you need to know about staking $ANLOG—how it works, why it matters, and how you can get started today.

Why Staking Matters

In the Analog ecosystem, staking is more than just earning rewards—it is fundamental to securing the network and ensuring decentralization. Staking $ANLOG fuels the foundation of cross-chain communication, helping bridge fragmented ecosystems into one seamless, decentralized infrastructure.

This is more than just a mechanism for rewards—staking forms the backbone of the Analog network’s blockchain consensus. Validators and nominators will help pioneer a trustless, permissionless future where data flows freely and transactions occur without barriers!

Key Details:

  • Nomination Pool: The Analog team has set up a nomination pool to bootstrap staking and reward early users. A nomination pool is Substrate’s version of a staking pool, where users pool their tokens to stake on a group of validators, with the pool operator managing nominations. This lets users stake with fewer tokens than if they were staking directly with a validator.

  • Staking Dashboards: Analog’s initial staking functionality will be accessible through Talisman’s wallet and staking dashboard, with SubWallet and Fearless Wallet support coming soon. This will enable $ANLOG holders to easily stake their tokens directly from their wallets into Analog’s bootstrap nomination pool and track its performance. The Polkadot.js extension can also be used by advanced holders.

  • Reward Mechanisms: For the first three months, 2% of the Genesis supply from Analog’s Futures Initiatives pool will be allocated for staking rewards. After this period, the 8% inflation rate will kick in. For more details, check out our Tokenomics paper.

  • Annual Percentage Yield: The APY is dynamic, when more tokens are staked, rewards are spread among more participants, leading to a gradual decrease in APY. Conversely, early adopters benefit from higher yields. For instance, If 40% of total unlocked tokens are staked the APY is 55%.

  • Unbonding Period & Security: Staked funds are subject to a 21-day unbonding period before they can be unstaked.

  • Claim Rewards: Rewards won’t be available for claiming until after the exchange listings on February 10th at 19:00 GMT+8. After that, rewards can be claimed at the end of each era (every 12 hours) or compounded. These features will be available soon.

Our primary goal is to balance network participation with the long-term value of the $ANLOG token. In the initial stages, we have high rewards allocated to users who have unlocked tokens. A key feature of the new tokenomics model is its dynamic APY based on the staking rate, which governs the distribution of rewards between validators and nominators.

In the next phase, we will introduce a reward mechanism for vested tokens. For more details, check our staking roadmap.
